A leadership coach lets an AI note-taker capture and summarize sessions instead of writing notes herself. The article says it nearly doubled her coaching capacity.

Try it now
- Get written client consent to record sessions
- Turn on an AI note-taker for your coaching calls
- Paste each transcript into an AI chat with a fixed summary prompt
- Read the summary and save it in the client's file
You are my coaching assistant. Below is the transcript of a coaching session with my client. Write a summary for my private notes with these sections: 1) Main topic the client brought, 2) Key insights or shifts, in their own words where possible, 3) Commitments the client made, with any deadlines, 4) Patterns or themes to watch next time, 5) Three questions I could open the next session with. Keep it under 300 words, use plain language, and don't add anything that isn't in the transcript. If something is unclear, flag it instead of guessing. Transcript: [paste transcript]

The source doesn't name which note-taker she uses. Coaching talk is sensitive: get consent before recording and check where the tool stores your data.
