What AI Business Plays collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be removed. Written in plain English.

Who runs this site

AI Business Plays is a free daily site run by Olga Pearson, host of The Practical AI Show. It publishes practical AI plays for small business owners.

What we collect, and why

We only handle details you choose to send us. Browsing the plays does not ask you for anything.

The daily email: When you sign up for “Get the daily play,” we keep your email address so we can send you one morning email with three plays chosen by Olga. That is the only thing we use it for.
Submit Your Play (once it goes live): This asks for your name, your business, the play, the result and a source link. If we publish your play, your name, business and source link appear on the site, because every play is credited to the real person who did it. That is the point of sharing it.
Ask Olga (once it goes live): Your question, plus whatever details you include so Olga can reply. It is used only to answer you.

Both forms stay switched off until a delivery address is connected, so nothing you send can get lost along the way.

What we do not do

No selling or renting your email address.
No using your details for anything beyond the reason you gave them.

Links to other sites

Every play links to its original source, and the “Build it with Page” button goes to PageMotor. Those sites run their own privacy rules, so check theirs once you click through.

Site measurement

Olga plans to add simple analytics to see which plays are read. If and when that is switched on, this page and the Cookies page will say exactly what it collects.

How long we keep things

Your email address stays on the list while you are subscribed. Messages to Ask Olga are kept only as long as needed to answer. Published plays stay up with their credit unless you ask us to change or remove them.

Removing your details

You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe, or have it deleted, including the credit on a published play. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Changes to this page

If the way we handle your details changes, this page changes first. Anything new will be written here in the same plain English.
