Tried something with AI that worked? Put it on the board.

Every play on AI Business Plays comes from a real person running a real business. If you’ve found a simple way AI saves you time, wins you clients or keeps you sane, share it. If you tried something that flopped, share that too. Lessons learned are some of our most useful plays.

Send us your play

A few short things, and that’s it

They help us credit you properly, let other owners check the play for themselves, and give us a way to reach you about it.

How your credit appears on a published play, using today’s lead play as the example:

The person who did it
Their business · link to where they shared it
As you’d like it printed beside your play.
Only so we can reach you. Never shown.
What it’s called and what you do.
Where it fits best on the menu.
Did it work?
What you did with AI, in plain words. Enough that another owner could try it today. Include the tool and the prompt if you have it.
What happened. Time saved, money made, a reply you got, or what went wrong and why.
A post, article or website about it, so readers can check it and follow you. No post yet? Leave it blank and we’ll ask.

Two kinds of play

Both are welcome on the menu

Worked

A play that worked

Something small you set up with AI that made your week easier. A faster way to write follow-ups, prep for a client call, draft a listing or answer the same question for the tenth time. Practical beats impressive every time.

86’d

A lesson learned

Something you tried that didn’t go to plan. These “what not to do” plays get a clear 86’d stamp so readers spot them right away. Your mistake could save another owner a bad afternoon.

From submission to the board

What happens after you send it

  1. We read it. Each play is reviewed for possible publication. We’re looking for ideas an owner can use right away.
  2. We check the source. Your link lets us, and every reader, see where the play came from.
  3. We credit you. If it’s published, it goes up with your name, your business and your source link.
  4. It joins today’s plays. New plays go to the top of the menu, newest first.

Quick questions

Do I need to be a tech person?
Not at all. This site is built for coaches, consultants, agencies, local trades and realtors, and other small business owners too. If you used it and it helped (or didn’t), it counts.
Can I share a play that went wrong?
Yes, please. Honest “what not to do” lessons sit right alongside the plays that worked, marked 86’d.
Why do you ask for a source link?
So readers can verify the play and follow the person behind it. It’s how we keep every play real. If you haven’t posted about it yet, send it anyway and we’ll ask.
How are plays chosen?
For usefulness. Every play is something you can try today, credited to the person who did it.
Have a question that isn’t about a play?
Send it to Olga on the Ask Olga form.
