A business coach records sessions with consent and uses ChatGPT to turn what clients said into pitches, resumes and website copy. She also asks it where her own coaching could improve.

Try it now
- Ask the client for consent to record and use the transcript
- Record the session and export the transcript
- Ask the AI for one specific deliverable (pitch, bio, resume summary)
- Edit the draft together in the next session
- Every few months, ask for feedback on your own coaching
Below is a transcript of a coaching session with my client [name/role]. We worked on [goal, e.g. their founder pitch]. Using only what the client actually said, draft a [deliverable: 60-second pitch / LinkedIn About section / resume summary]. Keep their wording wherever possible so it sounds like them, not like marketing copy. After the draft, list: 1) the three strongest lines from the transcript you built on, 2) any claims the client needs to confirm, 3) two other angles we could try. Plain language, no buzzwords. Uploading client transcripts shares confidential material with a third party. Use a plan that doesn't train on your data, remove names where you can, and have the client approve the final wording.
