self-reportedA bar and arcade owner says one Grok Bot setup automates at least 6 hours of work a day and reached 12,000+ customers with custom offers.
Paul Korney, a disabled veteran who started a brewery, bought a sports bar and opened a retro arcade bar, spent about a day setting up a Grok Bot. It now sends custom offers to his 12k+ customers, makes custom birthday invites for party bookings with waiver links and gift-card QR codes, sends texts and emails before each visit, and books packages through a bot that knows his point-of-sale system. About 3 of those hours used to be done by him or an employee. The other 3 are work nobody had time for.

Try it now
- List the jobs that happen around every booking: invites, waivers, reminders, deposits, upsells.
- Give one Grok Bot your booking calendar and point-of-sale menu, and let it draft a custom invite for each party with the waiver link and a gift-card QR code.
- Have it text or email each guest before the visit with the waiver, the time and what to bring.
- Once that works, let it send a monthly offer to your customer list in small, segmented batches.
You handle party bookings for [business]. For each new booking in [calendar/POS], draft a birthday invite the host can share: party name, date, time, address, the waiver link [link], and a gift-card QR link [link]. The day before, draft a reminder text and email to the host with the waiver, the arrival time and our rules [rules]. Each month, draft one offer for each customer group in [customer list], based on what they bought last. Don't send anything or charge anyone until I approve the first batch.

Self-reported, and he says it took about 8 hours to set up. Bulk texts need consent and an opt-out, so start with customers who said yes to messages. Keep a person on anything that takes payment. Build it with Page: a party packages page with the waiver and booking link the bot can send.
