Result
(self-reported test) Shanee Moret’s DialBot left a clear voicemail when no one picked up, and on the next call got a “Sure, no problem” in about 30 seconds.
Shanee Moret set up the DialBot template in Grok Bot with a Bland AI account and a chosen voice, then told it who to call and what to ask. It placed the call, left a voicemail when needed, and reported back. Her tutorial makes the setup easy to follow. It’s a test, not a client result yet.
Who did it
Try it now
- In Grok Bot, open the bot marketplace and import the DialBot template.
- Create a Bland AI account, give the bot your API key (keep it private), and pick a voice.
- Give it the number, the goal and a few talking points (for example, “confirm Thursday at 2pm still works”) and have it report the answer back. Test on your own phone or a friend first.
Call [name] at [number] for [my business]. Open with: “Hi, this is an AI assistant calling for [my name] at [business].” Ask one question: [can you confirm your appointment on Thursday at 2pm?]. If they say yes, thank them and end the call. If they want to change it, take their preferred time and say I’ll confirm by text. If there’s no answer, leave a short voicemail asking them to text [number]. Report the answer back to me in one line.

Build it with PageWhat to watch out for
A demo with family calls, not client results. Shanee says $50 buys about 6 hours of Bland AI talk time (check current pricing). Check calling and consent rules before you call customers, and always have the bot say it’s an AI. Build it with Page: a simple reschedule page the bot can text people.
