Build a two-bot sales team that books recurring service contracts

Result

self-reported

About $10,000 in recurring revenue from restaurant grease-trap pumping, then about $100,000 in contracts from a cloned bot team selling to property managers.

The owner behind @rununmanned runs plumbing companies. A “Grease Scout” Grok Bot finds and researches commercial kitchens and sends the first outreach; a “Grease Desk” bot takes over when a restaurant replies, answers questions and moves them to booked service. Anything unusual goes to the owner.

Try it now

  1. Pick a service your customers have to buy on a schedule (grease traps, backflow tests, maintenance plans).
  2. Make a Scout bot that finds and researches those customers in your area and sends the first outreach, and a Desk bot that handles every reply and books the service. Give them a shared chat to hand off leads.
  3. Write the rules: standard replies can go out on their own, anything unusual comes to you. Once it works, clone the setup for your next customer type.
Copy-paste prompt
You are Scout for [business]. Find [restaurants / property managers] in [area] that need [service] on a schedule. For each one, list the name, address, decision-maker if public, contact email or phone, and one reason they need it now. Draft a short, friendly first email offering [service] at [standard price]. Hand any reply to Desk. Flag anything unusual for me, and never agree to a non-standard price or contract.

What to watch out for

Self-reported by an anonymous account, and we couldn’t verify the business. Cold-outreach rules (CAN-SPAM, local calling rules) still apply. Build it with Page: a service page with your schedule options and a booking form the Desk bot can link to.
