self-reportedIn one of his companies, a “company brain” saves him 6–7 hours a week at minimum, and the team gets about 90% of their answers without him.
Kris Kraze runs several companies. At CryoFX, one of his manufacturing companies, the first thing he built was one AI-searchable place that pulls pricing logic, process steps, approved exceptions and customer wording from where they already live, with set limits on what it may answer and what must come back to him.
Who did it
Try it now
- For one week, count the questions that came to you only because the answer lived nowhere else.
- Gather the current versions: pricing logic, process steps, approved exceptions, customer wording.
- Connect an AI to those sources and set the limits once: what it may answer and what must come to you.
- Tell the team to ask it first, and update the sources when a rule changes.
You are our company brain for [company]. Answer staff questions only from these sources: [pricing doc], [process docs], [approved exceptions], [customer templates]. Always give the newest version and say which document it came from. If the answer isn’t there, or it’s a new pricing, refund or policy decision, say “This needs [owner name]” and summarize the question for me. Never invent policy.

Build it with PageWhat to watch out for
It only works if the sources stay current, so name who updates each one. Kris sells this kind of setup through his agency. Build it with Page: a private team page that holds the current price sheet and processes.
