Have a Grok Bot answer cold-email replies and book the call

Result

self-reported

20 sales calls booked in 8 days for his own agency, with 60% of interested replies booked over 7 days, after a Grok Bot took over reply handling and booking.

Max Pidvalnyi, a 17-year-old who runs an outbound lead-gen agency, gave one Grok Bot a single job: answer positive cold-email replies and book the call. A webhook starts it the moment someone replies (the target is a first answer in under 3 minutes). It works from a written charter (offer, booking link, calendar rules, a qualification bar, tone, when to ask him), screens every reply, asks one yes/no time question, books the slot and updates the CRM, and posts a daily scorecard. A second bot revives replies that went cold. His next fix is speed: only 16% of first replies landed under 3 minutes.

Try it now

  1. Write a one-page charter: your offer, booking link, calendar rules, who qualifies, and your tone.
  2. Trigger the bot on every positive reply (a webhook or inbox rule) so it answers in minutes, not hours.
  3. Have it reply with one yes/no time question and put the booking link in a P.S.
  4. Get a daily scorecard of replies, booked calls and stuck threads, and add a second bot to revive replies that went quiet.
Copy-paste prompt
Your one job: answer positive replies to my cold emails and book a call. Charter: offer [offer]; booking link [link]; I take calls [days/times, time zone]; qualified means [criteria, e.g. revenue over $X]; tone [short, plain, no hype]. For each interested reply, check they qualify, then reply within minutes with one yes/no question proposing a time, and the booking link in a P.S. Never promise prices or results that aren't in the charter. If unsure, flag it for me. Every evening, send me a scorecard: replies, calls booked, threads waiting.

What to watch out for

Self-reported for his own agency, and he sells lead gen, so the post is also marketing. Keep a human check on anything that isn't a simple booking. Build it with Page: a booking page that explains the call so replies convert faster.
