- Pick the client whose weekly recap takes you the longest.
- Give a Grok Bot access to that account’s work: tasks, notes, reports and emails.
- Each week, have it draft the recap while you edit and send. Add more clients once the drafts only need light edits.
Draft this week’s recap email to [client] from me. Use what happened on their account between [dates]: [tasks / tickets / reports / notes]. Structure: 3 wins with numbers, what’s in progress, what we need from them, and next week’s plan. Keep it friendly and under 200 words. Don’t invent results, and mark anything you’re unsure of [CHECK]. Don’t send it. Give me the draft.

Self-reported, for one client account. It’s a small saving per client, but it adds up across a roster. Read every recap before it goes out, because it has your name on it. Build it with Page: a client results page you can link in each recap.
