Result
self-reported30–40 videos for ads, Instagram Reels and YouTube recorded in half a day, with every setup mapped in advance and results tracked by leads, booked calls and sales.
Mubbu co-founds an agency that runs personal brands for 60+ founders. Recording days used to need a lot of thinking on the spot. Now every script is done before recording day and each video gets a shot format. Claude has a full map of their office, so each shot guide says exactly where the camera, laptop, lights, mic and person go. The content lead and creative director batch similar setups, he walks in and follows the guide, and finished clips go straight to editing. They track which videos drive leads, booked calls and sales, and rerecord the winners.
Who did it
Try it now
- Finish every script before recording day.
- Describe your space to Claude once: rooms, walls, windows, where gear can go.
- For each script, have Claude assign a shot format and write a setup card: camera, laptop, lights, mic, where you stand or sit.
- Sort the cards so similar setups are recorded back to back.
- On the day, follow the cards, send clips straight to editing, then track which videos bring leads and calls and redo the winners.
Here’s a description of my recording space: [rooms, walls, windows, furniture, gear I own]. Here are [number] finished video scripts for [ads/Reels/YouTube]. For each script, pick a shot format (talking head, walk-and-talk, screen share, etc.) and write a one-card setup: camera position, laptop, lights, mic, where I stand or sit, and wardrobe notes. Then order the cards so similar setups are batched together and I move the gear as little as possible. Output a checklist I can follow on recording day.
Make it run every week
A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:
- Run it once and check the result yourself.
- Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
- Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.
What to watch out for
Self-reported from his own post. The time savings come from finishing scripts first; don’t skip that. Track leads and booked calls per video so you know which ones to reuse. Build it with Page: a simple site where those videos send people to book.
