Have a Grok Bot build a custom demo overnight before your sales call

A free consult booked at 10pm for noon the next day. He told his Grok Bot "let it rip" and went to bed. By 7am it had built a demo using the prospect’s own videos, and he closed a $2,000 deal on the call. Compute was about $28, covered by plans he already pays for.

Mitchell Moses runs Operator Zero, which sets up AI systems for businesses. A prospect who edits his own short videos booked a free AI assessment and wrote on the form that his cuts left dead space. Mitchell’s main Grok Bot passed the job to a planner bot, which split it into tasks for coding agents on his existing plans. They pulled the prospect’s own shorts and re-cut them with his style. A separate reviewer agent on a different model checked the work and sent a failed test back for fixes. On the call he showed the before and after, and the prospect said it was urgent. In another case, a demo built in about 3 hours after a meeting with a government contractor got him a walkthrough with the client’s boss.

Try it now

  1. Have your booking form ask what problem the prospect wants solved, in their words.
  2. When a call books, have Grok Bot read the form and the prospect’s public work and plan a small demo that fixes that problem.
  3. Let it hand the build to coding agents on plans you already pay for.
  4. Have a separate reviewer agent on a different model check the demo against a short checklist before it reaches you.
  5. Check in once before you sleep and once in the morning, then show the before and after on the call.
Copy-paste prompt
A prospect booked a call for [time]. Here is their booking form: [paste]. Here is their public work: [links]. Plan a demo I can show on the call that fixes the exact problem they described, using their own material. Break it into jobs, build it, and have a separate reviewer on a different model check it against this checklist: [checklist]. If a check fails, fix it and run it again. Have it ready by [time] with a one-paragraph summary of what changed and why.

Make it run every week

A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:

  1. Run it once and check the result yourself.
  2. Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
  3. Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.

What to watch out for

Self-reported on his own channel. The bot stalled for about 3.5 hours because it didn’t notice a job had finished until he asked, so check in. Agents will say work is done when it isn’t, which is why the reviewer matters. Only use prospect material that’s public or that they sent you. Build it with Page: the booking page with the problem question on it.
