Try it now

  1. Give the agent your open job requests and your schedule for the next day.
  2. Have it text each customer with two or three open time slots.
  3. Let it put confirmed jobs on the schedule and tell you what it booked.
  4. Keep anything about price, emergencies or complaints for you or your office manager.
  5. Next morning, hand it the rest of the list and check the schedule once.

Here are the job requests in my inbox and tomorrow's schedule for my plumbing company. Text each customer, offer two open times starting at 8am, and book the first one they confirm. Don't quote prices. Send me a list of what you booked and anyone who didn't answer.

Make it run every week

A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:

  1. Run it once and check the result yourself.
  2. Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
  3. Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.

What to watch out for

Self-reported from his own post, and the 3 jobs were from the first night. Only text customers who reached out to you, and watch what you share in AI chats: news reports in October said some shared Muse chats were publicly visible, so don't share chats that include customer details. Build it with Page: an online booking page so customers can pick a slot themselves.
