self-reportedLast week he generated 120 leads and booked 24 calls, a 20% booking rate, with Grok Bot doing the booking end to end and no SDR (appointment setter).
Akanksh Adki is a remote sales rep, mainly in the info business space; his X bio says 2.5M in revenue in 24 months. He was slammed with sales calls, so he was barely dialing new leads himself, and he had no SDR to book them. He put Grok Bot on booking end to end. Last week 120 leads turned into 24 booked calls, a 20% booking rate. He says it could get closer to the 40 to 50% range, but this was done without a setter.
Who did it
Try it now
- Connect the bot to where your leads come in and to your calendar.
- Write the booking message and the 3 questions that tell you a lead is a fit.
- Have it reach out to each new lead quickly and offer open times.
- Read the first week of conversations yourself before letting it run on its own.
- Track leads, booked calls and booking rate every week.
For each new lead, send my booking message, ask my 3 qualifying questions and offer open times on my calendar. Don't promise prices or results, and flag anyone who asks something you can't answer.
Make it run every week
A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:
- Run it once and check the result yourself.
- Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
- Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.
What to watch out for
Self-reported in a short X post. He is a remote sales rep, not the business owner, and he doesn't say how he reached the leads (calls, texts or DMs). Safer version: get consent before automated calls or texts, follow your local calling and texting rules, and have the bot say it's an AI if asked. Build it with Page: a simple booking page the bot can send every lead.
