He gave Claude a summary of the idea, and because it already knew the company culture, it wrote a 5-page guide he could use word for word for a 45-minute workshop, role-play scenarios included, in three minutes.

It mentions something specific about their business, says why he’s reaching out, offers one idea and asks a low-pressure question. His advice: start with a small batch you review by hand, track replies in the Sheet, then schedule the research to repeat.

Young swimmers struggle to know their practice pace because their times keep dropping at meets, and doing the math mid-set is hard. He asked an AI agent to find every swimmer in his morning group, calculate their 200 backstroke and 200 freestyle pace plus their best 50 freestyle and 50 backstroke, and put it all in a shaded table on page 2 of his practice doc.

Michael Stelzner founded Social Media Examiner and the Social Media Marketing World conference. His team had recorded some strong video ads for another event, so he had Claude study them and say what they had in common: a cold open on the face, a five-beat arc and very short captions. He asked for a new skill whose only job is vertical video ads. He used ChatGPT for a background mock that Claude struggled with and Gemini for the music, and trained the skill to track the speaker as he moved.

With a rule to identify itself as an AI assistant added, the redo call opened by saying it was an AI, kept the conversation going and captured an email for a follow-up PDF. On the first try, without that rule, the bot claimed to be human twice.
Shanee Moret had her Grok Bot DialBot call her while she played a past client of her Growth Academy. When it denied being a bot, she fixed the instructions and ran it again. Her write-up is one of the clearest lessons out there on testing AI calls before they reach real clients.
