Yong.C, who runs a bubble tea shop in the euro area, had a Grok Bot going through his shop emails. It noticed he was paying almost 1.9% on card payments and suggested switching to SumUp's Pagamenti Plus plan, which has zero fees on payments under €10 and half the rate on other cards. Most of his orders are small, so the switch saves at least €300 a year. The Bot handled the setup.
