Try it now

  1. Pick your slow nights and decide on one simple offer for a local business’s team (a reserved section, a set menu or a thank-you discount).
  2. Have a Grok Bot build a list of nearby businesses from public listings (offices, clinics, shops, schools), with a contact email or phone for each.
  3. Approve one invite in your own voice, then let the bot send it in small batches and log every reply.
  4. Have it book each yes straight into your reservation system and text a reminder the day before.
Copy-paste prompt
You run outreach for my restaurant [name] at [address]. Build a list of [200] local businesses within [5 miles] (offices, clinics, gyms, schools, shops), each with a public contact email or phone and the source link. Draft one short, warm invite from me for a Community Appreciation Night on [slow nights]: [offer]. Show me the list and the draft first. After I approve, send in batches of [25] a day, log every reply in [sheet], and book each yes into [reservation system] with party size and date. Never promise anything beyond the approved offer.

Make it run every week

A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:

  1. Run it once and check the result yourself.
  2. Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
  3. Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.

What to watch out for

Self-reported; the post doesn’t say how many of the 3,000 replied or how much the nights brought in. Follow email and texting rules, honor every opt-out and keep batches small. Build it with Page: a Community Night page with the offer and a booking link.
