self-reportedHis Muse agent builds one pick list and one 4x6 label file for orders across all his marketplaces, which he says "cut our pick and ship in HALF (at least)" when shipping 80+ unique items. It also builds a weekly P&L that used to take a few hours each week, sorts the 50 to 70 offers he gets a day, and saves 45 minutes to 1 hour a week on payroll.
Kip runs a live-selling resale business on Whatnot and TikTok and also sells on Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Vinted. There is no single place all those orders land, and the person who packs and ships for him would have to go through each app, pull the SKU and print. Now his Meta Muse agent goes through each app and his email, makes one pull list and puts every marketplace label into one 4x6 file for the printer. Each Monday it checks every platform for sales, refunds and cancels and gives him a weekly P&L that includes his labor, overhead and shipping. Every day it lists outstanding offers with a suggestion to accept or not, and every 30 minutes it checks for sold items and delists the duplicates on the other marketplaces.
Who did it
Try it now
- List every marketplace you sell on and where each one's orders and labels live.
- Ask your agent, when you prompt it, to check each app and your email and build one pull list: item, SKU, marketplace, buyer.
- Have it download every shipping label and merge them into one 4x6 file for your label printer.
- Hand the list and the file to whoever packs, and time pick and ship for a week before and after.
- Once that works, add the weekly P&L and the daily offers summary, with you approving every accept and every payroll run.
Go through my Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Vinted and TikTok orders and my email, and build one pull list of everything that needs to ship today (item, SKU, marketplace, buyer). Then put all the shipping labels into one 4x6 file for my printer. Don't accept offers, cancel or refund anything without my OK.
Make it run every week
A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:
- Run it once and check the result yourself.
- Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
- Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.
What to watch out for
Self-reported in his own X post, and he says he uses both Muse and Grok Bot. The "in half" is his own estimate. An agent logged into your marketplace accounts can act on them, so keep offers, refunds and payroll as suggestions you approve, and spot check the auto delisting for the first weeks. Check each marketplace's rules on automated logins. Build it with Page: your own shop page, so repeat live-show buyers can find you without marketplace fees.
