as reportedIn two days his Grok Bot cleaned up the online listings for all 17 locations (Google Business Profiles, Bing, Yelp, Apple Maps and MapQuest), a job he used to pay an outside company to do. He says doing the listings in house saves them thousands of dollars a year, and after it cleaned the email list, their latest EMT campaign got about 5x the clicks of the one before.
Robert Chambers runs RC Health Services, an EMT training business with 17 locations. He wrote to Phil Holland about his first two days with a Grok Bot assistant, and Phil shared the message with his blessing. It fixed old addresses, hours, categories and links on every listing, handled an office suite change across all of them in one afternoon (pulling the utility bill from Slack to prove the address), removed dead email addresses and split out inactive contacts, turned the website chatbot into an EMT enrollment assistant that captures leads, audited lead flow, ran year over year enrollment numbers and helped reply to reviews.
Who did it
Try it now
- Make one master sheet with the correct name, address, phone, hours and categories for every location.
- Have the bot check each listing site against the sheet and list every mismatch.
- Approve the fixes, then let it update one listing site at a time.
- Have it clean your email list: remove dead addresses and split out inactive contacts.
- Recheck the listings every month so they stay correct.
Here is my master sheet of correct details for all my locations. Check our Google Business Profiles, Bing, Yelp, Apple Maps and MapQuest listings against it and give me a list of every wrong address, hour, category or link. Wait for my OK before changing anything.
Make it run every week
A play works once. Turn it into a routine in three small steps:
- Run it once and check the result yourself.
- Give your AI a schedule. Tell it when to run this play (every week, or every month) and to message you with what it found before you act.
- Keep a log. One line per run: what was checked, anything flagged, what you did.
What to watch out for
As reported: Robert's message, shared by Phil Holland, who works at SpaceXSI (the company behind Grok). This is not Robert's own post. "Thousands of dollars a year" is his estimate, and the 5x clicks compares only two campaigns. Safer version: keep the account owner login with you and approve each listing change before it goes live. Build it with Page: one location page per site with the same details as your listings, so search engines see matching info.
