With Meta Muse ("Chase"), Muse audited her email automations, shut down duplicate flows that double-emailed customers, rebuilt templates, turned on tracking, and rebuilt her website in about half an hour. It also started a grant application while she drove to the doctor.

April Polk founded JaeLuxe Shoetique, a women's fashion brand in the Columbus, Ohio area. After closing her retail store she hired outside help for email and ads, spent thousands, and still felt they missed the mark. Meta brought her in to test Muse before launch. She uploaded a two-page brand guide; Muse returned a 12-page version, then cleaned her email automations and rebuilt the site in about 30 minutes. On a drive to the doctor, Chase offered to fill out a grant application and ping her only with questions.

    His AI CFO bot audited 424 real shipping labels in a week and showed that "free shipping" had quietly eaten $1,220 so far this year. It also showed that moving an order from Etsy to Shopify saves $10.78 per box.

    Peter Ohser left corporate life for the Colorado foothills and runs Blue Elk Woodworks, a small woodshop that sells cedar bird feeders on Etsy and Shopify. He runs about 30 AI bots, each with one job and strict limits. When a feeder sells on Etsy, a Shop Ops bot buys the USPS label in Shippo, checks the PDF so it folds cleanly, prints the label and a care sheet in the shop, and tells his Shopify bot to sync inventory. An AI CFO bot went through 424 real shipping labels and found what free shipping was really costing him.

    Yahli is the bootstrapped founder of Wayve Wear, a natural fiber activewear brand on Shopify. Instead of hiring employees he built AI systems for AI video editing, daily trial reels to grow his Instagram reach, a command center with all his metrics, a photo editing tool, a branded Klaviyo email designer, paid ads monitoring, a web developer for his Shopify store, and Hermes agents that manage automations and keep tabs on parts of the business. He says the key is knowing what not to hand off: you are the human and you make the decisions.
